Analysis on Related Factors of Malignant Lesions in Patients with Solitary Pulmonary Nodules
Objective To explore and analyze the related factors of malignant lesions in patients with solitary pulmonary nodules(SPN).Methods 100 SPN patients admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into benign SPN group(n = 46)and malignant SPN group(n = 54)according to pathological examination results. The basic data of patients were collected and the factors influencing malignant SPN were analyzed. Results The proportion of age, nodule diameter, cough, hemoptysis, lobulation sign, vascular cluster sign, pleura depression sign, unclear borderline,CEA positive,CYFRA21-1 positive and CA125 positive in the malignant group was higher than that in the benign group(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate analysis showed that age, nodule diameter, lobulation sign and CYFRA21-1 positive were independent risk factors for malignant SPN(P<0.05).Conclusions Age,nodule diameter, lobulation sign and SYFRA21-1 are independent risk factors for malignant SPN,and the occurrence of these factors in SPN patients should be suspected of malignant lesions.
