摘要
目的 探讨分析孤立性肺结节(SPN)患者恶性病变相关因素.方法 选取 2021 年 10 月至 2023 年 10 月本院收治的100 例SPN患者,根据病理检查结果分为良性组(n = 46)、恶性组(n = 54).收集患者基本资料,分析影响恶性SPN的因素.结果 恶性组年龄、结节直径、咳嗽、咯血、分叶征、血管集束征、胸膜凹陷征、边界不清、CEA阳性、CYFRA21-1 阳性、CA125 阳性占比均高于良性组(P＜0.05).Logistic多因素分析显示年龄、结节直径、分叶征、CYFRA21-1 阳性为影响恶性SPN的独立危险因素(P＜0.05).结论 年龄、结节直径、分叶征、SYFRA21-1 为影响恶性SPN的独立危险因素,SPN患者出现上述因素应怀疑恶性病变的可能.
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the related factors of malignant lesions in patients with solitary pulmonary nodules(SPN).Methods 100 SPN patients admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into benign SPN group(n = 46)and malignant SPN group(n = 54)according to pathological examination results.The basic data of patients were collected and the factors influencing malignant SPN were analyzed.Results The proportion of age,nodule diameter,cough,hemoptysis,lobulation sign,vascular cluster sign,pleura depression sign,unclear borderline,CEA positive,CYFRA21-1 positive and CA125 positive in the malignant group was higher than that in the benign group(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate analysis showed that age,nodule diameter,lobulation sign and CYFRA21-1 positive were independent risk factors for malignant SPN(P<0.05).Conclusions Age,nodule diameter,lobulation sign and SYFRA21-1 are independent risk factors for malignant SPN,and the occurrence of these factors in SPN patients should be suspected of malignant lesions.
