目的 探讨CO2 点阵激光治疗瘢痕疙瘩的效果.方法 94 例瘢痕疙瘩患者随机分为两组,对照组接受基础药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上接受CO2 点阵激光治疗,比较两组的疗效、瘢痕严重程度、生活质量及不良反应.结果 治疗后,研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,VSS评分低于对照组,DQOLS评分高于对照组(P<0.05).两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 CO2 点阵激光治疗瘢痕疙瘩的效果显著,可促进瘢痕消退,提高患者的生活质量,安全性高.
Analysis on the Effectiveness of Fractional CO2 Laser in the Treatment of Keloid
Objective To explore the effect of fractional CO2 laser in the treatment of keloid.Methods 94 patients with keloid were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received basic drug treatment,and the study group received fractional CO2 laser treatment on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,scar severity,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the VSS score was lower than that in the control group,and the DQOLS score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Fractional CO2 laser in the treatment of keloid has significant effect and high safety,which can promote scar regression and improve the quality of life of patients.
