Relationships Between Parameters Related to Uterine Artery Doppler Ultrasound Blood Flow Imaging and Pregnancy Out-come of Pregnant Women with Gestational Hypertension
Objective To explore the relationships between parameters related to uterine artery Doppler ultrasound blood flow imaging and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with gestational hypertension. Methods 80 pregnant women with gestational hypertension were selected as case group, and 80 healthy pregnant women were selected as healthy group. The related uterine artery parameters of Doppler ultrasound blood flow imaging were compared between the two groups. The related parameters of pregnant women with different pregnancy outcomes in the case group were compared, and the risk factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes were analyzed. Results The RI,PI and S/D of uterine artery in the case group were higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).In the case group, the uterine artery RI,PI and S/D of pregnant women with adverse pregnancy outcomes were higher than those of pregnant women without adverse pregnancy outcomes(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that uterine artery RI,PI and S/D were independent risk factors for the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions The uterine artery RI,PI and S/D of pregnant women with gestational hypertension are significantly higher than those of normal pregnant women, and the uterine artery RI,PI and S/D are related to adverse pregnancy outcomes.Doppler ultrasound can be used in clinical diagnosis and risk prediction of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
