Impact of Arthroscopic Joint Debridement Combined with Microfracture Technique on Limb Motor Function of Patients with Knee Joint Fracture
Objective To explore the effect of arthroscopic joint debridement combined with microfracture technique in the treatment of patients with knee joint fracture. Methods A total of 70 patients with knee joint fracture were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with arthroscopic joint debridement surgery, and the observation group was treated with microfracture technique on the basis of the control group. The knee joint function, pain response and lower limb motor function were compared between the two groups. Results The HSS scores and lower limb Fugl-Meyer score after treatment of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the VAS scores within 1 week after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Arthroscopic joint debridement combined with microfracture technique in the treatment of knee joint fracture can improve the knee joint function of patients, relieve postoperative pain, and improve lower limb motor ability.
