Value of CT Perfusion Imaging Parameters in the Differential Diagnosis of Peripheral Lung Cancer and Lung Inflammatory Masses
Objective To analyze the value of CT perfusion imaging parameters in the differential diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer and lung inflammatory masses.Methods Among 100 patients with lung lesions,49 cases were diagnosed as peripheral lung cancer and 51 cases as lung inflammatory masses by pathological examination.The CT perfusion imaging parameters PS,BV and MTT of patients with different disease types were compared,and the efficiencies of single and combination of PS,BV and MTT in the differential diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer and lung inflammatory masses were analyzed.Results The PS,BV and MTT of patients with peripheral lung cancer were higher than those of patients with lung inflammatory masses(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the AUC of combination of PS,BV and MTT in the differential diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer and lung inflammatory masses was higher than that of each parameter alone.Conclusions CT perfusion imaging parameters in the differential diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer and lung inflammatory masses have high value,which are worthy of clinical promotion and application.
