Observation on the Application Effect of Laryngeal Mask Ventilation General Anesthesia in Hysteroscopic Surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of laryngeal mask ventilation general anesthesia in hysteroscopic surgery. Methods 80 patients with hysteroscopic surgery were divided into two groups. The control group received combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, and the observation group received laryngeal mask ventilation general anesthesia. The postoperative recovery, hemodynamics and stress response were compared between the two groups. Results After surgery, the anal exhaust time,out-of-bed time and eating time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,MAP and HR in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the levels of NE and Cor were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laryngeal mask ventilation general anesthesia is helpful to the postoperative recovery of patients with hysteroscopic surgery, maintain the hemodynamic stability of patients, and reduce the stress response.
