Impact of Tacrolimus Blood Concentration on Liver and Kidney Function of Patients After Renal Transplantation
Objective To explore the impact of blood concentration of tacrolimus(FK506)on liver and kidney function of patients after renal transplantation. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with renal transplantation in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into 7 groups according to the different blood concentration gradients of FK506.The levels of liver and kidney function indicators of each group were compared, and the correlations of liver and kidney function indicators with FK506 blood concentration were analyzed. Results Significant difference showed in serum ALB,UREA,SCr,Cys C and eGFR levels among patients with different FK506 blood concentrations(P<0.05);No significant difference was found in serum TBIL,AST and ALT levels among patients with different FK506 blood concentrations(P>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the levels of UREA,SCr and Cys C were positively correlated with the FK506 blood concentration(r>0.01,P<0.05),and the level of eGFR was negatively correlated with FK506 blood concentration(r =-0.385,P<0.05).Conclusions The blood concentration of FK506 has small impact on the liver function indicators of patients after renal transplantation; However, high blood concentration will cause nephrotoxicity.
