Clinical Study of Entresto Combined with Qili Qiangxin Capsule in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure Complicated with Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Entresto combined with Qili Qiangxin Capsule in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)complicated with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF).Methods 94 patients with CHF complicated with PAF were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Entresto,and the observation group was treated with Entresto combined with Qili Qiangxin Capsule.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function indicators and inflammatory indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.62%,significantly higher than 78.72%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF and PER in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Entresto combined with Qili Qiangxin Capsule in the treatment of patients with CHF complicated with PAF has significant clinical effect,which can obviously promote the recovery of cardiac function and reduce the inflammatory response of patients.
