Clinical Value of Serum VEGF,TAP,CA125 and HE4 Detection in the Diagnosis of Epithelial Ovarian Cancer
Objective To explore the value of serum VEGF,TAP,CA125 and HE4 detection in the diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC).Methods 191 patients with ovarian tumor surgery were divided into the observation group(EOC)and the control group(benign ovarian tumor)according to the pathological results. The levels of VEGF,TAP,CA125 and HE4 were compared between the two groups. The levels of each index in the early and advanced patients in the observation group were compared, and the efficiencies of each index in the diagnosis of EOC were analyzed. Results The levels of VEGF,TAP,CA125 and HE4 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).In the observation group, the levels of VEGF,CA125 and HE4 in the advanced patients were higher than those in the early patients(P<0.05).The AUC and efficacy of combined detection of the four indicators in the diagnosis of EOC were better than those of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusions The expressions of VEGF,TAP,CA125 and HE4 in EOC patients are abnormally high, and combined detection can improve the diagnostic accuracy.
