摘要
目的 探讨黄芪颗粒辅助FOLFOX方案治疗对老年胃癌患者肿瘤标志物水平及免疫功能的影响.方法 82 例老年胃癌患者随机分为两组,对照组采用FOLFOX方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用黄芪颗粒治疗,比较两组的肿瘤标志物水平、免疫功能指标以及不良反应.结果 治疗后,观察组的CA125、CEA水平均显著低于对照组,CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均显著高于对照组,CD8+水平显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组的不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 黄芪颗粒辅助FOLFOX方案治疗可明显降低老年胃癌患者的血清肿瘤标志物水平,改善患者机体免疫功能,减少不良反应的发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of Huangqi granules assisted FOLFOX regimen on the levels of tumor markers and immune function of elderly patients with gastric cancer.Methods 82 elderly patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with FOLFOX regimen,and the observation group was treated with Huangqi granules on the basis of the control group.The levels of tumor markers,immune function indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CA125 and CEA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8+ was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Huangqi granules assisted FOLFOX regimen can significantly reduce the levels of serum tumor markers of elderly patients with gastric cancer,improve the immune function of patients,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
