Impact of Recombinant Human Interferon α1b Combined with Acetyl Cysteine for Aerosol Inhalation on Efficacy,Lung Function,TGF-β1 and CRP of Children with Bronchial Pneumonia
Objective To explore the effect of recombinant human interferon α1b combined with acetyl cysteine for aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods 78 children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acetyl cysteine for aerosol inhalation, and the experimental group was treated with recombinant human interferon α1b combined with acetyl cysteine for aerosol inhalation. The clinical efficacy, lung function and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 97.44%,higher than 82.05%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of PEmax,PEF,PImax and FVC in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of TGF-β1 and CRP were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Recombinant human interferon α1b combined with acetyl cysteine for aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia has significant effect, which can improve the lung function and reduce the levels of TGF-β1 and CRP of children.
