Impact of Limited Fluid Resuscitation on Serum Lactic Acid,Coagulation Function and Prognosis of Patients with Emer-gency Multiple Traumas Complicated with Shock
Objective To explore the application effect of limited fluid resuscitation in emergency multiple traumas complicated with shock. Methods 98 patients with emergency multiple traumas complicated with shock were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with positive fluid resuscitation, and the observation group was treated with limited fluid resuscitation. The serum lactic acid level,pH value, coagulation function and prognosis effect were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the lactic acid level,PT and APTT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,pH value was higher than that in the control group, and the incidences of multiple organ failure and respiratory distress and the mortality rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Limited fluid resuscitation in the treatment of patients with emergency multiple traumas complicated with shock can effectively regulate blood acidity, and improve coagulation function and prognosis.
