Comparison on the Application Effects of Different Anesthesia Methods in Radical Resection of Colorectal Cancer
Objective To compare the application effects of general anesthesia and general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in radical resection of colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 180 patients with radical resection of colorectal cancer were divided into the general anesthesia group and the general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia group according to different anesthesia methods. The anesthesia recovery time, intestinal recovery time, ambulation time, hospitalization time, pain degree and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The anesthesia recovery time, intestinal recovery time, ambulation time, hospitalization time in the general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia group were significantly shorter than those in the general anesthesia group, and the VAS scores at the time of postoperative recovery,8 h after postoperative recovery and 24 h after postoperative recovery were significantly lower than those in the general anesthesia group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia group was 6.5%,significantly lower than 17.1%in the general anesthesia group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with general anesthesia, general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia can significantly reduce the postoperative pain degree of patients with radical resection of colorectal cancer, reduce the occurrence of complications, and promote the prognosis recovery of patients.
