Discussion on the Clinical Effects of Two Surgical Methods in the Treatment of Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage and the Recurrence Factors
Objective To explore the effects of minimally invasive puncture hematoma drainage(MIPHD)and craniotomy hematoma removal in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)and the risk factors of recurrence. Methods 80 HICH patients were divided into MIPHD group and craniotomy group according to different treatment regimens. The therapeutic effects and clinical factors of the two groups were compared, and the risk factors affecting the recurrence of HICH patients were analyzed. Results After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the SBP at admission, bleeding volume and abnormal coagulation mechanism were risk factors affecting postoperative recurrence of HICH patients(P<0.05).Conclusions Both minimally invasive puncture hematoma drainage and craniotomy hematoma removal can improve the degree of nerve defect of HICH patients. For patients with high preoperative SBP,large bleeding volume and abnormal coagulation mechanism, the recurrence of HICH after surgery should be alerted.
