Changes of HBV-DNA Viral Loads in Postpartum Serum,Saliva and Latex of Pregnant Women with Different HBV Infec-tion and the Correlations with Liver Function
Objective To observe the HBV-DNA viral load of pregnant women with different HBV infection and its correlation with liver function. Methods 102 pregnant women with HBV were divided into three groups according to HBV serum markers. The HBV-DNA loads and the levels of ALT and AST of each group were compared, and the correlation between HBV-DNA load and liver function was analyzed. Results The HBV-DNA loads in serum, saliva and latex, and the levels of serum ALT and AST from high to low were group A,group B and group C(P<0.05).The HBV-DNA loads in serum, saliva and latex of pregnant women with different HBV infection were positively correlated with ALT and AST levels(P<0.05).Conclusions With the deepening of HBV infection, the HBV-DNA viral loads in serum, saliva and latex show upward trend. The HBV-DNA viral loads in postpartum serum, saliva and latex are closely related to liver function.
