基于快速康复外科理念的护理干预对肩袖损伤患者术后肩关节功能及并发症的影响

摘要
目的 探讨基于快速康复外科理念的护理干预在肩袖损伤手术患者中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021 年 6 月至 2022 年6 月在我院行肩关节镜手术的 60 例肩袖损伤患者,随机分为两组各 30 例.对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予快速康复外科理念护理干预.比较两组的肩关节功能、并发症.结果 术后 3 个月,两组的ASES评分均显著高于术前,且观察组的ASES评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组的术后并发症发生率为 6.67%,显著低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05).结论 基于快速康复外科理念的护理干预可明显降低肩袖损伤手术患者的并发症发生率,促进患者肩关节功能恢复.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on the concept of fast track surgery in patients with rotator cuff injury surgery.Methods Sixty patients with rotator cuff injury who underwent shoulder arthroscopic surgery in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on the concept of fast track surgery.The shoulder joint function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results At 3 months after surgery,the ASES scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before surgery,and the ASES score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was 6.67%,significantly lower than 26.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention based on the concept of fast track surgery can obviously reduce the incidence of complications in patients with rotator cuff injury surgery and promote the recovery of shoulder joint function.
