Impact of Nursing Intervention Based on the Concept of Fast Track Surgery on Postoperative Shoulder Joint Function and Complications of Patients with Rotator Cuff Injury
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on the concept of fast track surgery in patients with rotator cuff injury surgery. Methods Sixty patients with rotator cuff injury who underwent shoulder arthroscopic surgery in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on the concept of fast track surgery. The shoulder joint function and complications were compared between the two groups. Results At 3 months after surgery, the ASES scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before surgery, and the ASES score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was 6.67%,significantly lower than 26.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention based on the concept of fast track surgery can obviously reduce the incidence of complications in patients with rotator cuff injury surgery and promote the recovery of shoulder joint function.
