Application of Physiological-Psychological-Social Collaborative Nursing Model in Stroke Patients
Objective To explore the application effect of physiological-psychological-social collaborative nursing model in stroke patients.Methods 80 patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing and follow-up,and the observation group was given physiological-psychological-social collaborative nursing.The self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of ESCA dimensions and WHOQOL-100 dimensions in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The physiological-psychological-social collaborative nursing model can enhance the self-care ability of stroke patients and improve their quality of life.
