Application Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Limb Fracture After Surgery and Its Impact on the Risk of Complications
Objective To explore the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with limb fracture after surgery.Methods 60 patients with limb fracture who underwent surgical treatment were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing intervention.The pain degree,complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 week and 2 weeks after nursing,the VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early rehabilitation nursing applied in patients with limb fracture after surgery can help relieve postoperative pain,prevent the occurrence of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
