一体化护理在城市职业人群慢病健康管理中的应用效果研究

摘要
目的 分析一体化护理在城市职业人群慢病健康管理中的应用效果.方法 220 例城市职业人群慢性病患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予一体化护理,比较两组的疾病症状、生活质量和护理满意度.结果 护理后 1 周、2 周、1个月,观察组的SCL-90 评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).护理后,观察组的生活质量评分及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 一体化护理在城市职业人群慢病健康管理中的应用可有效改善患者疾病症状,提升其生活质量,提高其护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of integrated nursing in chronic disease health management of urban occupational population.Methods 220 patients with chronic diseases in urban occupational population were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given integrated nursing.The disease symptoms,quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after nursing,the SCL-90 scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life and the nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of integrated nursing in chronic disease health management of urban occupational population can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,improve their quality of life and improve their nursing satisfaction degree.
