Application of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Zero Defect Nursing in Neonatal High Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation
Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative zero defect nursing applied in neonates with high frequency oscillatory ventilation. Methods 70 neonates who were treated with high frequency oscillatory ventilation were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative zero defect nursing. The intervention effect, blood gas indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,PaO2 and SaO2 were higher than those of the control group,PaCO2 was lower than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multidisciplinary collaborative zero defect nursing applied in neonates with high frequency oscillatory ventilation can improve the intervention effect, improve the blood gas indicators and reduce the occurrence of complications of neonates.
