全程细节护理干预在甲状腺功能亢进症患者中的应用

摘要
目的 分析全程细节护理干预在甲状腺功能亢进症患者中的应用效果.方法 78 例甲状腺功能亢进症患者随机分为两组,参照组予以常规护理干预,研究组予以全程细节护理干预,比较两组的依从性、心理状态和生存质量.结果 研究组的总依从率为 94.87%,高于参照组的 74.36%(P＜0.05).干预后,研究组的SAS评分、SDS评分均低于参照组,WHOQOL-100 评分高于参照组(P＜0.05).结论 全程细节护理可改善甲状腺功能亢进症患者的心理状态,提高其治疗依从性和生存质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of whole-process detailed nursing intervention in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods 78 patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received whole-process detailed nursing intervention.The compliance,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the study group was 94.87%,higher than 74.36%of the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the WHOQOL-100 score was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Whole-process detailed nursing intervention can improve the psychological state of patients with hyperthyroidism,and improve their treatment compliance and quality of life.
