人文关怀护理对胃镜检查患者负面情绪及不适症状的影响

摘要
目的 探讨人文关怀护理对胃镜检查患者负面情绪、不适症状的影响.方法 选取 2021 年 3 月至 2023 年 1 月于我院进行胃镜检查的 94 例患者,随机分为两组各 47 例.对照组给予常规护理,人文关怀组在常规护理基础上给予人文关怀护理.比较两组的负面情绪、不适症状以及护理满意度.结果 干预后,人文关怀组的HAMA、HAMD评分均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).人文关怀组的不适症状发生率显著低于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 人文关怀护理可缓解胃镜检查患者的负面情绪,减少不适症状的发生,提高患者的满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of humanistic care nursing on negative emotions and discomfort symptoms of patients with gastroscopy examination.Methods 94 patients who underwent gastroscopy examination in our hospital from March 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the humanistic care group was given humanistic care nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The negative emotions,discomfort symptoms and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the humanistic care group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of discomfort symptoms in the humanistic care group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Humanistic care nursing can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with gastroscopy examination,reduce the occurrence of discomfort symptoms,and improve the satisfaction degree of patients.
