Impact of Humanistic Care Nursing on Negative Emotions and Discomfort Symptoms of Patients with Gastroscopy Examina-tion
Objective To explore the impact of humanistic care nursing on negative emotions and discomfort symptoms of patients with gastroscopy examination.Methods 94 patients who underwent gastroscopy examination in our hospital from March 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the humanistic care group was given humanistic care nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The negative emotions,discomfort symptoms and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the humanistic care group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of discomfort symptoms in the humanistic care group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Humanistic care nursing can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with gastroscopy examination,reduce the occurrence of discomfort symptoms,and improve the satisfaction degree of patients.
