Observation on the Effect of Comfort Nursing in the Recovery Period of Patients with Orthopedic General Anesthesia Surgery in Postoperative Anesthesia Recovery Room
Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in the recovery period of patients with orthopedic general anesthesia surgery in postoperative anesthesia recovery room.Methods 126 patients with orthopedic general anesthesia surgery were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the comfort nursing group received comfort nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The comfort degree and adverse nursing events were compared between the two groups.Results The comfort degree scores of physiology,environment,psychology and social culture in the comfort nursing group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse nursing events in the comfort nursing group was 4.76%,significantly lower than 17.46%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comfort nursing can improve the comfort degree of patients with orthopedic general anesthesia surgery during the recovery period in anesthesia recovery room and reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing events.
