Impact of Staged Rehabilitation Nursing on Upper Limb Function and Infection of Patients with Breast Cancer After Surgery
Objective To analyze the impact of staged rehabilitation nursing on upper limb function,compliance and infection of patients with breast cancer after surgery.Methods 98 patients with breast cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups,with 49 cases in each group.After surgery,the routine nursing group was given routine nursing,and the rehabilitation nursing group was given staged rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The upper limb function,compliance and infection were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the DASH score of the rehabilitation nursing group was lower than that of the routine nursing group,and the ASES score was higher than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the rehabilitation nursing group was 95.92%,higher than 79.59%of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The total infection rate of the rehabilitation nursing group was 4.08%,lower than 16.33%of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusions Staged rehabilitation nursing can improve the postoperative upper limb function of patients with breast cancer,improve compliance and reduce the risk of postoperative infection.
