Application of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Digestive Tract Malignant Tumor Underwent PICC Catheterization
Objective To analyze the impact of comprehensive nursing on negative emotions,compliance behavior and complications after PICC catheterization in patients with digestive tract malignant tumor.Methods 260 patients with digestive tract malignant tumor who underwent PICC catheterization were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing group was given routine nursing,and the comprehensive nursing group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The negative emotions,compliance behavior and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the comprehensive nursing group were lower than those of the routine nursing group,and the proportions of functional exercise of the affected limb,catheterized limb without weight-bearing,and good protection during bathing were higher than those of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of the comprehensive nursing group was 3.85%,lower than 10.77%of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with digestive tract malignant tumor underwent PICC catheterization,improve compliance behavior,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
