Application of Comprehensive Nursing in ICU Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage and Its Impact on Pulmonary Infection
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in ICU patients with cerebral hemorrhage and its impact on pulmonary infection. Methods 120 ICU patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The hospitalization time, pulmonary infection rate, nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the pulmonary infection rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse events of the observation group was 3.33%,lower than 13.33%of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 81.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can shorten the hospitalization time of ICU patients with cerebral hemorrhage, reduce the pulmonary infection rate, reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events, and improve nursing satisfaction degree.
