摘要
目的 探讨基于信息-知识-信念-行为(IKAP)的护理在脑卒中患者中的应用效果.方法 100 例脑卒中患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于IKAP的护理,比较两组的依从性和生活质量.结果 干预后,观察组的治疗依从率以及生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 基于IKAP的护理可提高脑卒中患者的治疗依从性和生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing based on information-knowledge-attitude-practice(IKAP)in stroke patients.Methods 100 patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received IKAP-based nursing.The compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the treatment compliance rate and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions IKAP-based nursing can improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of stroke patients.
