Application of Nursing Based on Information-Knowledge-Attitude-Practice in Stroke Patients
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing based on information-knowledge-attitude-practice(IKAP)in stroke patients.Methods 100 patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received IKAP-based nursing.The compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the treatment compliance rate and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions IKAP-based nursing can improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of stroke patients.
