摘要
目的 分析500 nm精准脉冲光(DPL)治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果及安全性.方法 选取2018年3月至2021年4月我院收治的100例玫瑰痤疮患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例.对照组给予对症药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用500 nm DPL治疗.比较两组的临床效果及安全性.结果 观察组治疗后的红斑、丘疹、脓疱、毛细血管扩张评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组治疗总有效率为96.00％,高于对照组的84.00％(P＜0.05).两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率(8.00％vs.6.00％)比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论 500 nm精准脉冲光治疗玫瑰痤疮疗效显著且安全可靠,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of 500 nm delicate pulse light(DPL)in the treatment of rosacea.Methods 100 patients with rosacea admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to April 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group was treated with symptomatic drugs,while the observation group was treated with 500 nm DPL on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of erythema,papules,pustules and telangiectasia in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00％,higher than 84.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(8.00％vs.6.00％)during treatment between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions 500 nm DPL has significant efficacy,and is safe and reliable in the treatment of rosacea,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
