Impact of CT Stereotactic Puncture Clearance Surgery on Neurological Function and Prognosis of Patients with Hyperten-sive Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To explore the impact of CT stereotactic puncture clearance surgery on neurological function and prognosis in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods 64 HICH patients admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=32)and control group(n=32).The control group was treated with routine puncture clearance surgery, and the observation group was treated with CT stereotactic puncture clearance surgery. The neurological function and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results Before surgery,no statistical difference was found in the NIHSS score and GOS score between the two groups(P>0.05).2 weeks after surgery, the NIHSS scores of the two groups decreased, and the GOS scores increased(P<0.05);The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the GOS score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions CT stereotactic puncture clearance surgery can significantly reduce the injury of neurological function and effectively improve the prognosis of HICH patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
