摘要
目的 探讨CT立体定位穿刺清除术对高血压脑出血(HICH)患者神经功能及预后的影响.方法 选取2020年3月至2022年6月我院收治的64例HICH患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各32例.对照组给予常规穿刺清除术治疗,观察组给予CT立体定位穿刺清除术治疗,比较两组患者的神经功能及预后情况.结果 术前,两组的NIHSS评分及GOS评分比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05).术后2周,两组NIHSS评分降低,GOS评分提高,且观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,GOS评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 CT立体定位穿刺清除术可明显减轻HICH患者的神经功能损伤,有效改善患者预后,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of CT stereotactic puncture clearance surgery on neurological function and prognosis in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods 64 HICH patients admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=32)and control group(n=32).The control group was treated with routine puncture clearance surgery,and the observation group was treated with CT stereotactic puncture clearance surgery.The neurological function and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results Before surgery,no statistical difference was found in the NIHSS score and GOS score between the two groups(P＞0.05).2 weeks after surgery,the NIHSS scores of the two groups decreased,and the GOS scores increased(P＜0.05);The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the GOS score was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions CT stereotactic puncture clearance surgery can significantly reduce the injury of neurological function and effectively improve the prognosis of HICH patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
