Application Value of Coupling Agent Filling in Magnetic Resonance Imaging Diagnosis of Rectal Cancer
Objective To analyze the effect of coupling agent filling in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)diagnosis of rectal cancer. Methods 75 patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected, and given routine MRI or MRI after coupling agent filling before surgery. The T staging,N staging, and diagnostic coincidence of extramural vascular invasion and peripheral incisal edge were compared between the two examination methods. Results The overall coincidence rate of T staging of MRI after coupling agent filling was significantly higher than that of routine MRI(P<0.05),but no statistical difference was found in the N staging(P>0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate of extramural vascular invasion of MRI after coupling agent filling was significantly higher than that of routine MRI(P<0.05).Conclusions MRI after coupling agent filling for rectal cancer patients can improve the diagnostic effect of preoperative T staging and assess the invasion of mesenteric vessels in patients, with higher application value.
