Comparison on Effects of Two Surgical Methods in the Treatment of Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia
Objective To compare the clinical effects of transurethral prostate green laser enucleation and transurethral straight-out green laser prostate push-shovel vaporesection in the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods 106 BPH patients admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to July 2022 were divided into group A(transurethral prostate green laser enucleation,50 cases)and group B(transurethral straight-out green laser prostate push-shovel vaporesection,56 cases). The operation conditions, maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax)and post-void residual(PVR)were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of group A was shorter than that of group B,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of group B(P<0.05).3 months after operation, the Qmax of the two groups were higher than those before operation, and the PVR were lower than those before operation(P<0.05),but no statistical difference was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Both prostate transurethral green laser enucleation and transurethral straight straight-out green laser prostate push shovel vaporesection can achieve good effects in the treatment of BPH,but transurethral prostate green laser enucleation can significantly shorten the operation time, and reduce intraoperative blood loss.
