Analysis on the Clinical Value of High-Frequency Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Abdominal Wall En-dometriosis after Cesarean Section
Objective To analyze the clinical value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of abdominal wall endometriosis(AWE)after cesarean section. Methods 90 patients with suspected AWE after cesarean section admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected and given routine ultrasound and high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis.Taking the pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the two methods for the diagnosis of AWE were compared. Results Pathological diagnostic results showed that 72 cases of 90 patients with suspected AWE after cesarean section were diagnosed as positive and 18 cases as negative. The positive cases detected by routine ultrasound and high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound were 60 and 70 respectively, and the negative cases were 10 and 16 respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of AWE after cesarean section were 97.22%,88.89%and 95.56%,respectively,significantly higher than those of routine ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusions High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound has high sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of AWE after cesarean section, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
