腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤患者的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤患者的临床效果.方法 将96例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为对照组(48例)和观察组(48例),对照组采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用宫瘤消胶囊治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.75％,高于对照组的79.17％(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组血清LH、E2、FSH水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).术后随访6个月,观察组复发率为2.08％,低于对照组的14.58％(P＜0.05).结论 腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤患者,可明显提升临床疗效,改善患者性激素水平,降低复发率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy combined with Gongliuxiao capsules in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 96 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(48 cases).The control group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy,and the observation group was treated with Gongliuxiao capsules on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75％,higher than 79.17％in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum LH,E2 and FSH levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.08％,lower than 14.58％of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic myomectomy combined with Gongliuxiao capsules in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroids,can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve the sex hormone levels,and reduce the recurrence rate.
