Clinical Effect of Simple Anterior Poking Reduction Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Patients with Cervical Spine Fracture Dislocation Complicated with Locked Facet
Objective To explore the clinical effect of simple anterior poking reduction internal fixation in the treatment of patients with cervical spine fracture dislocation complicated with locked facet. Methods 60 patients with cervical spine fracture dislocation complicated with locked facet were randomly divided into the two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simple posterior screw rod reduction internal fixation, and the observation group was treated with simple anterior poking reduction internal fixation. The treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The vertebral reduction rate of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of ASIA grade A and B of spinal cord function injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the proportion of grade E was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.67%,lower than 26.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Simple anterior poking reduction internal fixation can significantly improve the vertebral reduction rate, reduce the spinal cord function injury, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with cervical spine fracture dislocation complicated with locked facet.
