Analysis on the Effect of Probiotics Combined with Insulin Detemide in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To analyze the effect of probiotics combined with insulin detemide in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 90 GDM patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with insulin detemide,and the observation group was treated with probiotics combined with insulin detemide.The blood glucose indicators,islet function and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the HbA1c,FPG,2hPG and HOMA-IR of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the HOMA-β and ISI were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Probiotics combined with insulin detemide can reduce the blood glucose level,improve the islet function and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in GDM patients.
