Clinical Effect of Xuebijing Injection Combined with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets in the Treatment of Patients with Heart Failure after Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xuebijing injection combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets in the treatment of patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction. Methods 76 patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 38 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention. The control group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets, and the study group was treated with Xuebijing injection combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets. The cardiac function indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 12 days of treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,no statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(10.53% vs.13.16%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Xuebijing injection combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets in the treatment of heart failure after acute myocardial infarction can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients with higher safety.
