Impact of Yixinshu Tablets on Cardiac Function and Incidence of Cardiovascular Adverse Events in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after PCI
Objective To explore the impact of Yixinshu tablets on cardiac function and incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 150 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group was given routine treatment such as antiplatelet and lowering blood lipid after PCI,while the observation group was treated with Yixinshu tablets on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given continuous medication for 1 month.The cardiac function(LVESD,ESV,LVEF)and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the LVESD and ESV of the two groups decreased,and the LVEF increased(P＜0.05);The LVESD and ESV of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the LVEF was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events during treatment in the observation group was 4.00％,lower than 13.33％of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Yixinshu tablets can promote the recovery of cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI and reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse cardiovascular events.
