Observation on the Clinical Effect of Phentolamine Mesylate Combined with Nifedipine and Magnesium Sulfate in the Treatment of Patients with Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension Syndrome
Objective To observe the clinical effect of phentolamine mesylate combined with nifedipine and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. Methods 98 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate, and the observation group was treated with phentolamine mesylate combined with nifedipine on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated continuously for 7 days. The treatment effect, blood pressure and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.92%,higher than 79.59%in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 8.16%,lower than 26.53%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Phentolamine mesylate combined with nifedipine and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension can significantly improve clinical efficacy, reduce the blood pressure levels and the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
