Expression and Significance of Serum IL-2R,VEGF,and IL-8 in Patients with Myeloproliferative Tumors
Objective To analyze the expression and significance of serum interleukin-2R(IL-2R),interleukin-8(IL-8)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in patients with myeloproliferative tumors. Methods 60 patients with myeloproliferative tumors(patient group)from October 2017 to October 2022 and 60 healthy individuals(control group)were selected, and the serum IL-2R,IL-8 and VEGF levels were detected. The serum IL-2R,IL-8 and VEGF levels before and after treatment were compared between the patient group and the control group. Results The serum IL-2R,IL-8 and VEGF levels of the patient group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The serum IL-2R and IL-8 levels of polycythemia vera(PV),essential thrombocytosis(ET),and primary myelofibrosis(PMF)patients increased sequentially(P<0.05).Conclusions The serum IL-2R,IL-8,and VEGF levels are generally highly expressed in patients with myeloproliferative tumors, and significantly decrease after treatment.Serum IL-2R and IL-8 levels are significantly different among different types of patients, which can be used for diagnosis and differentiation.
