Analysis on the Effect of Sufentanil Combined with Ketorolac Trometamol for Patient-Controlled Analgesia after Rectal Cancer Radical Surgery
Objective To explore the effect of sufentanil combined with ketorolac trometamol for patient-controlled analgesia after rectal cancer radical surgery. Methods 104 patients undergoing rectal cancer radical surgery in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into combined group(52 cases, sufentanil+ketorolac trometamol)and control group(52 cases, sufentanil). The VAS score, serum pain-inducing substance level, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 hours and 12 hours of analgesia, the VAS scores of the combined group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The serum 5-HT and substance P levels of combined group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during analgesia(P>0.05).Conclusions Sufentanil combined with ketorolac trometamol for patient-controlled analgesia after rectal cancer radical surgery can inhibit the increase in the pain-inducing substance level, with good analgesic effect and high safety.
