Effect of Tolvaptan Combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin on Nephrotic Syndrome and the Impact on Patients'Coagulation Function
Objective To explore the effect of tolvaptan combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome and the impact on patients'coagulation function. Methods 120 patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were given routine symptomatic treatment. The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin, and the observation group was treated with tolvaptan combined with low molecular weight heparin. The treatment effect, renal function and coagulation function of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.3%,higher than the 80.0%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the Scr,24h Upro and BUN levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the PT,TT and APTT of the observation group were longer than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Tolvaptan combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome has significant effect, can promote the recovery of renal function and improve the coagulation function indicators, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
