Analysis on the Effect of Furosemide Combined with Dopamine in the Treatment of Patients with Extensive Burns
Objective To analyze the effect of furosemide combined with dopamine in the treatment of large-area burns. Methods 90 patients with extensive burns admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to August 2023 were divided into two groups. The study group(48 cases)was treated with furosemide combined with dopamine, and the control group(42 cases)was treated with furosemide. The serum oxidative stress indicators[superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)],renal function indicators[serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN)]and poor prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the serum SOD level of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the MDA level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the serum Scr and BUN levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of poor prognosis in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Furosemide combined with dopamine in the treatment of extensive bums can reduce the oxidative stress response of patients, improve the renal function, and reduce the risk of poor prognosis.
