Analysis on Correlation between Abnormal Rise of Blood Pressure and Poor Prognosis in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke after Mechanical Thrombectomy
Objective To analyze the correlation between abnormal rise of blood pressure and poor prognosis in patients with acute ischemic stroke after mechanical thrombectomy. Methods The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of 80 patients with acute ischemic stroke were measured within 24 hours after mechanical thrombectomy, and all patients were divided into group A,group B and group C according to the average systolic blood pressure. The blood pressure and risk of adverse prognosis were compared among the three groups. The correlation between blood pressure and prognosis was analyzed. Results The maximum and minimum values of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure in group C were higher than those in groups A and group B(P<0.05).The poor prognosis rate of 90 days after surgery and symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage rate within 24 hours after surgery in group C were higher than those in group A and group B(P<0.05).All blood pressure indicators were positively correlated with the risk of adverse prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusions Abnormal increase of blood pressure is common in patients with acute ischemic stroke after mechanical thrombectomy.Accurate and real-time measurement of blood pressure can clarify the risk of adverse prognosis of patients, and provide data support for the formulation and improvement of follow-up treatment.
