Objective To explore the clinical effect of doxofylline combined with N-acetylcysteine in the treatment of stable COPD.Methods 90 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to lottery method. The control group was treated with doxofylline, and the observation group was treated with doxofylline combined with N-acetylcysteine.The treatment effect, pulmonary ventilation indicators and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the PaO2,FVC and FEV,levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the PaCO2 level was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the CRP and PCT levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Doxofylline combined with N-acetylcysteine in the treatment of stable COPD has ideal effect, which can improve the lung function and inhibit the levels of inflammatory factors.
