Diagnostic Value of C-Reactive Protein,Procalcitonin and Interleukin-6 in Early Acute Pancreatitis Complicated with Infection
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in early acute pancreatitis complicated with infection. Methods 96 patients with early acute pancreatitis complicated with infection admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as study group, and 96 early acute pancreatitis patients without infection at the same period were selected as control group.CRP,PCT and IL-6 levels of both groups were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The diagnostic value of CRP,PCT and IL-6 levels for early acute pancreatitis complicated with infection was analyzed. Results The CRP,PCT and IL-6 levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of CRP,PCT and IL-6 levels in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis complicated with infection were significantly higher than those of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusions Combined detection of CRP,PCT and IL-6 levels has important clinical significance in the diagnosis of early acute pancreatitis complicated with infection, which can provide reference for clinical diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.
