Effect of Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection Combined with Naoshuantong Capsules in the Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke Complicated with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To explore the effect of butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection combined with Naoshuantong capsules in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS)complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 110 AIS patients with T2DM admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to August 2023 were divided into two groups according to the parity order. The control group was treated with butylphthalein and sodium chloride injection, and the observation group was treated with Naoshuantong capsules on the basis of the control group. The NIHSS,BI score, inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results 14 days after treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the BI score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).14 days after treatment, the IL-6,hs-CRP and Hcy levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection combined with Naoshuantong capsules can improve the neurological function and daily living ability of AIS patients with T2DM,and inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors, with higher safety.
