Application of Nursing Intervention Based on Interactive Standard-Reaching Theory in Perioperative Period of Radical Hysterectomy for Cervical Cancer
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on interactive standard-reaching theory in perioperative period of radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer. Methods 80 patients with radical resection of cervical cancer in our hospital from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases). The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on interactive standard-reaching theory on the basis of the control group. The postoperative recovery and hope level of the two groups were compared. Results The out-of-bed activity time, anal exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of positive action, friendly attitude with others, attitude towards reality and future of Herth Hope Index(HHI)scale in the two groups increased, and the scores of the above indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention based on interactive standard-reaching theory can significantly promote the postoperative recovery of patients undergoing radical resection of cervical cancer, and improve the hope level of patients.
