Study on the Impact of Surgical Comprehensive Nursing Based on the Fast Track Surgery Concept on the Recovery of Patients with Multiple Injuries and Fractures
Objective To explore the impact of surgical comprehensive nursing based on the fast track surgery concept on the recovery of patients with multiple injuries and fractures. Methods 120 patients with multiple injuries and fractures in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received surgical comprehensive nursing based on the fast track surgery concept. The physiological indicators, clinical indicators, and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the PT and APTT of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the IL-6 level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ICU treatment time, surgical time, hospitalization time, first out-of-bed activity time and mechanical ventilation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.7%,higher than 76.7%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Surgical comprehensive nursing based on the fast track surgery concept has significant effect in clinical nursing of multiple injuries and fractures, which can improve patients'physiological indicators, shorten the treatment time and improve the nursing satisfaction degree.
