Impact of Multidisciplinary Cooperative Continuous Nursing on Nutritional Status and Quality of Life in Patients with Radical Resection of Esophageal Cancer
Objective To explore the impact of multidisciplinary cooperative continuous nursing on nutritional status and quality of life in patients with radical resection of esophageal cancer.Methods 70 patients with radical resection of esophageal cancer in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given multidisciplinary cooperative continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.The nutritional status and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the PG-SGA scores of the two groups decreased,and the EORTC QLQ-C30 scores increased(P<0.05);The PG-SGA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the EORTC QLQ-C30 score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multidisciplinary cooperative continuous nursing can significantly improve the nutritional status and quality of life of patients with radical resection of esophageal cancer,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
