Application of Preoperative Oral Breathing Training Combined with Timely Incentive Nursing in Chronic Rhinosinusitis
Objective To explore the application effect of preoperative oral breathing training combined with postoperative timely incentive nursing in chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods 70 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received perioperative routine nursing, while the observation group received preoperative oral breathing training combined with postoperative timely incentive nursing. The clinical symptom scores, psychological status and mastery degree of disease related knowledge were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of purulent discharge, nasal congestion, and dry mouth and sore throat in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The mastery rate of disease related knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Preoperative oral breathing training combined with postoperative timely incentive nursing can accelerate the recovery of clinical symptoms in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis, improve the negative emotions, and improve the mastery degree of disease related knowledge.
