术前经口呼吸训练结合术后时效性激励护理在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨术前经口呼吸训练结合术后时效性激励护理在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎中的应用效果.方法 将70例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者随机分为两组,对照组围术期行常规护理,观察组予以术前经口呼吸训练结合术后时效性激励护理.比较两组的临床症状评分、心理状态、疾病相关知识掌握程度.结果 护理后,观察组脓涕、鼻塞、口干咽痛评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组疾病相关知识掌握率高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 术前经口呼吸训练结合术后时效性激励护理可加速慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者术后临床症状康复,改善其负性情绪,提高疾病相关知识掌握程度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of preoperative oral breathing training combined with postoperative timely incentive nursing in chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods 70 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received perioperative routine nursing,while the observation group received preoperative oral breathing training combined with postoperative timely incentive nursing.The clinical symptom scores,psychological status and mastery degree of disease related knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of purulent discharge,nasal congestion,and dry mouth and sore throat in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The mastery rate of disease related knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Preoperative oral breathing training combined with postoperative timely incentive nursing can accelerate the recovery of clinical symptoms in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis,improve the negative emotions,and improve the mastery degree of disease related knowledge.
